Introducing Falun Dafa

Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, is an ancient Chinese practice consisting of gentle standing exercises, meditative sitting practice, and teachings from Zhuan Falun based on the universal principle of (zhēn) Truthfulness, (shàn) Compassion, and (rĕn) Forbearance.

 

Through consistent and dedicated practice, the students of Falun Gong strive to achieve the state of selflessness, greater insight and awareness, inner purity, and balance – a state of true health.
